[*-CA] Jeff Pulver and the CRTC

Well, somebody had to post the first message (this is the first, isn't
it?).

I guess this is old news, but I just read some of the transcripts of the
CRTC hearing about VoIP (specifically Jeff Pulver's contribution), and I
thought it was a pretty noble thing he did. Deserves a bottle of Maple
Syrup and a Tim Horton's gift certificate, he does.
