[*-CA] Looking for help with CallerID in Canada (X100P + Asterisk + POTS line)

My box has a Digium X100P connected to an analog POTS line from 
Eastlink here in Charlottetown.  The POTS line has the "call display" 
feature, and I've verified that CallerID data is being passed by 
plugging a POTS display phone into the line.

My problem is that Asterisk is not picking up the CallerID data.

I've tried fiddling with the 'rxgain' in zapata.conf (I've tried both 
negative and positive values, ranging from -20 to +20), to no avail.  
I've included my zapata.conf file below.

Has anyone else succeeded in getting CallerID working in a similar 
situation?
