[*-CA] Looking for help with CallerID in Canada (X100P + Asterisk +POTS line)

Are you telling asterisk to answer right away?  Or are you doing a wait(3)
before you answer?

Callerid is sent sometime before the second ring, so with POTS, you cannot
answer immediately, or it will miss the callerid data.
