[FCN Announcements] new 2008 Festival info

A message from the President of the FCN:

I have some additional information regarding the festival.  We shall
have a grand prize giveaway! The prize is 8 days at Hidden Beach,
Mexico, a high-end naturist resort.  Hidden Beach is also a longtime
advertiser in our magazine.

Thanks to Tilley Endurables, we have a number of Tilley hats as prizes,
as well as multiple copies of an excellent and fun book from Australia.
Remember Loxie and Zoot? The gentleman who pens this naturist comic has
generously donated a number of copies of his book to our festival.

In addition to the above, we also have two Harry Potter bedspreads as
prizes. Positively magical!
